How buying online works
We accept the following payment methods:
- Financing -- complete your application online during checkout.
- Personal Check -- allow 7-10 days for check to clear before picking up your unit.
- Cashiers Check -- accepted following verification with issuing bank.
- Credit Card -- name on card must match the name going on the title. Credit card payment incurs a 3% convenience fee.
Remember to bring your ID with you.
Either in the dealership when you're picking up your unit or at home! We can send most of the contracts to you via email for e-signing, if you prefer to complete those ahead of pick-up.
Once we’ve confirmed your pick-up time, we will send you a list of what you need directly to your email, so don’t worry about forgetting a thing.
We will reach out to you directly and schedule your pick-up via your preferred method of communication–phone, text, or email.
Approvals usually happen in minutes. Almost always the same-day during our regular business hours:
9-6 M-F, 9-3 Sat, Closed Sun
Fill out your credit application online, and we’ll contact with your options upon approval. You can then e-sign all of your contracts from the comfort of your home, or come into the dealership and sign before pick-up.
Before you complete your purchase, we can make sure everything you need is added as far as accessories for the unit or gear for you. We also offer 10% off any non-sale gear and accessories on your day of purchase, which can be redeemed in-store or online via a special code we will send you.
If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, don’t worry–we can help you add those items to your purchase, even if they need to be special ordered!
Absolutely! There's no need to leave your vehicle while picking up. We can load your unit for you too.

These units are rare or hard-to-find. We provide a manufacturer estimated delivery window when you Request Availability.
This means we are looking for your unit and/or waiting for the next ordering opportunity with the manufacturer of your requested unit.
Don't worry--we are just as anxious to give you this unit as you are to receive it, and we will keep you in the loop of any status changes!
Yes! For the majority of units, your deposit is refundable for any reason you may have! Most units require $100 deposits to hold, while watercraft require a $500 deposit.
However, limited edition or rare units that we do not normally keep in stock require a non-refundable $1000 deposit.

We will do our best to fill your order in the most reasonable time possible, and should there be any delay, we will get in contact with you for all of the available options.
We require that the unit is picked up within 48 hours of being notified, but let us know your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate!
If a unit is not picked up within 24 hours of notification and we have not heard back from you during that time, your deposit will be forfeited and the unit made available to the next person in line.
Yes! We do our best to work with our customers' needs.
Yes! Your deposit is put towards the first available unit of your choice--even if that choice changes!
Nobody likes to hear this, but occasionally it happens. Should this happen to your unit, we will be in prompt contact with all of the available options, such as moving your deposit to the next available unit of your selected type or an entirely different unit that still suits your needs.
In some cases, manufacturers will switch over to a new year model to complete an order. If your deposit for a unit falls into this category, your deposit is tagged to a newer model. If prices or colors don't suit you, your deposit is fully refendable.
