Our No Hassle Return Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any item in new, unused, or unwashed condition with all manufacturer’s packaging and tags intact.

Our goal is to provide you with the very best gear — from helmets to boots — we want you protected. If that gear is not up to your standards, then it is not up to ours. The excitement of receiving new equipment should not be ruined by doubt or dissatisfaction. Let us know if you have an issue and we will make it right.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the item no questions asked. Simply ship the item back within 30 days of delivery and we will refund 100% of the purchase price for all items returned in new, undamaged, and unwashed condition with all manufacturer’s packaging and tags intact. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Apparel is not a perfect science, brands cut differently, and customers are molded differently, we understand that. It’s our business to make sure you are in the gear that fits you. We guarantee fitment so if you don’t like the way it fits, just ship it back within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange the item at no additional costs.

Shipping error or product defect

If your purchase is found to be defective or shipped in error Honda House will cover all shipping costs for the return.
