Shipping terms and conditions
- Shipments are restricted to most US states. Shipping requires a physical address, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- All shipping times are based on business days and are defined as Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included.
- All shipment delivery estimates are based on the ship date and not the order date, if an item is purchased Monday night, the order will be processed and typically shipped out on Tuesday. Furthermore, orders processed after 1:00 P.M. EST on Friday will ship out the following Monday.
Free shipping terms and conditions
- Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 US states
- We have warehouses all over the country and we are dedicated to making sure you get your product as soon as possible. However, in some situations orders will need to be shipped across the country requiring 5+ business days.
- Simply select fast free shipping during checkout on qualifying orders for eligibility.
- We typically ship through UPS, FedEx and USPS but we may use alternative shipping companies as needed.
Standard Shipping
- All orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a $19.99 flat rate.
- Typically, processed orders will take 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping alternatives. Though most orders only require 1 to 5 business days for delivery we understand it’s nice to have options. We currently offer fixed pricing for all expedited shipping options.
- Free Standard Shipping
- Typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days
- Three Day – $19.99
- Delivered 3 business days from the ship date. Orders shipped on Tuesday will arrive by end of day Friday.
- Second Day – $29.99
- Delivered 2 business days from the ship date. Orders shipped on Tuesday will arrive by end of day Thursday.
- Overnight – $59.99
- Delivered 1 business day from the ship date. Orders shipped on Tuesday will arrive by end of day Wednesday.
Damaged shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Damages sustained during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist our customers with this claims process.
Our Shipping Policy for Power Equipment
We do not offer shipping for power equipment at this time. All power equipment is limited to local in-store pickup. Power equipment includes: lawnmowers, generators, pumps, trimmers, and rototillers.
